How It Works.

Evaluation Insight (EI) will facilitate the proprietary evaluation process based entirely on your needs. The assessment follows the general 4 step method outlined below: 

Customize Evaluation

EI first works with you to decide on variables such as number of participants and specific content.  Once those decisions are made, EI will reach out to the evaluators via email.

Collect Data

Each participant receives a fully branded evaluation via their email address.  The evaluation process generally takes a few weeks, and EI will facilitate gathering of the results and reminding participants to finish their assessments.

Anonymize Data

Once the participants provide their responses, Evaluation Insight will anonymize, analyze and summarize the results.

Finally, EI will provide you with a comprehensive results report, which will contain all quantitative results in an easy-to-understand format.  Additionally, we provide a full "comments report," which contains all specific comments from the assessment, in an anonymous format.
